Centrifugal separator type AZ DN15-DN200

Eddy Separator AW DN15 - DN200

Application:
Its properties designate the centrifugal separator to be installed in compressed-air aftercoolers for silo vehicles, pneumatic forwarding systems, vacuum pumps, etc.

116 bar at 100°C (as from DN 65 = 8 bar) as standard type, temperature up to 120°C as special design.
Record Separator AR DN15 - DN200

Record Separator:
Efficient separation of oil and water droplets. The compressed air flows through the flare shaped deflection pipe and hits the reversing bottom through which it is guided through the conditioner chamber in an upward direction.

Verwendung:
Der Rekordabscheider wird im Anschluß an Speicherkessel, in Drucklufthauptleitungen vor Sandstrahlgebläsen, in Druckluftwerkzeugen usw. eingebaut.

Application:
The record separator is installed after storage vessels, in main air lines prior to sand blasters, in pneumatic tools, etc.
High Performance Separator Type AH DN15 - DN200

Properties:
Highly efficient separation of oil and water mist, oil gas, small droplets, corrosion-, dust- and soot particles, via capillary effect, surface adhesion, as well as extra-fine filtration with high flow reduction. High efficiency even at low through flow.

Application:
The high performance separator is installed prior to compressed-air consumers if products which are highly sensitive to oil and water are treated with compressed air.

16 bar at 100°C (as from DN 65 = 8 bar) as standard type, temperature up to 120°C as special design.
Condensate Drain Type KA DN15 (1/2")

Properties:
Automatic drainage via incorporated float ball. All interior parts made of non-corrosive materials. This design is fully proven and reliable even for the processing of condensates with higher viscosity as do, e.g. appear in the evaporation zone, or in condensates with a high proportion of contaminants.
Application:
The condensate drain serves for the regular drainage of the condensate from water and oil separators for compressed air and gases, as well as main steam and waste steam, from compressed-air refrigeration vessels, storage vessels, and lowest points of air and steam lines, etc.

Operational Data:
16 bar at 50°C as standard type.
